For Owner: It is FREE for property owner to post an available rental as a
Standard Listing which provides a property description and location to all
searching tenants. With a Premium Listing, rental contact information is made
available to all searching tenants. The typical cost is $24.95 for 21 days and
varies depending on cities.
For Tenants: It is FREE for tenants to search the listings. Contact information
for Premium Listing rentals is provided to all searching tenants. In order to
be provided rental contact information for owners with free (non-Premium)
listings, tenants must subscribe to become a Premium Tenant. The cost starts at
$9.95 for 60 days and varies depending on cities.
Why should I post my listings at FastRental.com?
The cost to place a classified rental listing in any major US newspapers is at
least $120 on average for 30 days. It takes days before getting printed and

How can I modify or deactivate my listings?
Simply login with your email address and password. The system will take you to
the Owner/Manager Office. Your listings are displayed in sequence and you can
click “Edit” on any of the listings. This will bring up the listing data
detail for you to edit.
I am certain of my email address and password, but cannot
login. Why?
Cookie contains a small set of data on your computer by your browser. Your
login requires the presence of cookie to identify you for accessing all pages
of your own data. Here are the steps to enable it. For Microsoft IE 6.0, select
the menu “Tools” -> Internet Options. Under the tab of “Privacy”, move the
slide to “Medium High” or “Medium”.
I entered all the listing data and pressed the “Go” button, but
nothing happened. What should I do?
Please scroll up the page to see any red colored error messages. This typically
happens when required fields are left blank or the currency
fields are filled with data like “$1,600” instead of “1600”. When all the
data are accepted, a different screen should appear and ask you to upload
property photos.
Once I have entered my listing how long does it take to show
up?
It is instant. It is always recommended that you do a search for your
rental listing and confirm it appears properly. If not, please sign in to your
account to edit.
